firecleanThese Terms of Service explain the conditions for purchasing and using the fireclean Windows cleanup app. Dodo Payments processes the purchase as Merchant of Record under its Buyer Terms. These terms cover your FireClean software license and use of the app.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing or using fireclean, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Dodo’s Buyer Terms separately apply to checkout and the payment transaction.
The software
fireclean scans supported local cleanup categories and removes eligible selected data only after confirmation. It is not antivirus, data-recovery software, or a managed cleaning service. Availability depends on supported application locations, permissions, file locks and the Windows environment.
License
One-time purchase with an emailed license key for up to 3 active devices. One license key can be active on up to three devices at a time. You can deactivate a device to free an activation. The license is non-exclusive and may be used only on a computer you own or are authorized to manage. The license does not transfer ownership of the software. Redistribution for sale is not permitted, subject to rights provided by applicable law.
Compatibility
Requires 64-bit Windows 10 or 11. Some Windows cleanup categories require administrator approval. Custom, portable or unsupported app locations may not be recognized.
Purchase and delivery
Purchases are currently available through Dodo Payments. Dodo handles checkout and digital delivery. After successful payment, Dodo emails the license key and makes the Windows app available. The total, including applicable taxes, is shown before payment. No physical product is shipped. See Dodo’s Buyer Terms for transaction terms.
Using cleanup responsibly
Maintain backups and inspect your selection. Cleanup is permanent. Emptying the Recycle Bin removes its current contents, including items added after review. Stopping a job cannot restore files already removed and may not interrupt an active Windows cleanup operation.
Refunds
No voluntary refunds are offered for this one-time purchase. Applicable mandatory consumer rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. See the Refund Policy and Dodo’s Buyer Terms.
Limits
We do not promise a particular amount of recovered space, a performance increase, support for every application or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, fireclean is provided as available. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

fireclean is the product name. The software is offered under the fireclean brand. For product or license questions, contact aghitsbusiness@gmail.com.
Updated terms will be published with their effective date. Changes do not remove mandatory rights attached to an existing purchase.
