firecleanFireClean is a one-time software purchase with no subscription or recurring charge. Dodo Payments processes purchases as Merchant of Record under its Buyer Terms.
Voluntary refunds
No voluntary refunds are offered for this one-time purchase. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Delivery or access problems
If you cannot access the app or license key after purchase, contact aghitsbusiness@gmail.com with your order ID and purchase email so we can help resolve the issue. Never send full card details or passwords. Any remedy required by applicable law remains available.
Refund processing
Any refund approved by Dodo or required by applicable law will be processed through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Dodo and your bank. Dodo’s Buyer Terms and refund procedures also apply.
After a refund
If a purchase is refunded, you may no longer use the paid license. A refund does not restore files removed by cleanup. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
